Using your icing sheet
Storage and shelf life
Store the unused sheet flat in its sealed original bag, in a dry pantry at room temperature, protected from heat and sunlight. Do not refrigerate the unused sheet unless its supplied instructions say otherwise. The supplier advertises storage for up to 18 months when stored correctly; follow the date and instructions on your pack.
Applying your icing sheet
Apply to a smooth cake surface. The supplier lists buttercream, fondant, ganache and cream as suitable surfaces. Follow the enclosed instructions for your chosen cake covering.
