Paper is a bit flimsy, and the print of the writing is blurry, most of the invitations arrived bent/damaged.

All of our products are printed on premium waterproof polypropylene, a durable plastic film, rather than paper, which should offer higher resilience. However, if you feel that the quality was not up to standard, we would be happy to investigate this further. Please send supporting photos and information to orders@katiejdesignandevents.com.au
If your parcel was damaged in transit, we recommend taking the order, along with the packaging, to your nearest Australia Post branch and completing a PM26 Form. Australia Post's shipping services include insurance of up to $100 for damage or loss, which may help cover the issue.

I order chocolate wrappers, round stickers and rectangle stickers. The quality and care of these products are amazing. I haven't finished using them all yet (party prep with a 11 month old am I right!!) They are incredible though.
