We will Send you an Email with the Tracking Details for your Order once it has been Shipped. Please note that our Banners & A3 Posters are Shipped Separately in a Mailing Tube to Prevent Creases.
Our Custom Party T-Shirts and Apparel are printed by our third party partner. Once your order is placed, it will be sent straight through to the team to custom print your unique creation. For this reason, no cancellations or edits can be made to orders for custom apparel. Please check the preview image in our online editor carefully when placing your order.
Your custom party shirt/s will be shipped directly from our t-shirt manufacturer to your order's shipping address. Please note that there are varied processing and production times for different apparel. Please check the shipping estimates displayed on the individual product's shipping calculator to find out when your order is likely to arrive. Most items arrive within 6 - 16 business days, excluding weekends.
