Shipping & Delivery

Our most common questions about production time, Express Post, urgent orders and delivery expectations.

What are your shipping timeframes and costs?

We print and ship orders within a few business days and send all Australian orders via tracked Express Post.

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 Australia wide, and free shipping is available on eligible orders over $160.

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and Australia Post processing times.

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

We always do our best to get orders out quickly, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

If your event is close, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible and checking our shipping page before ordering.

Once parcels are shipped, delivery timeframes are in Australia Post’s hands.

What if I need my order urgently?

If you need your order urgently, please place it as soon as possible. Orders enter our print queue in the order they are received.

We’ll always be honest if timing is likely to be tight. In some cases it may make it in time, and in others it may not, so we prefer to be upfront rather than overpromise.

Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?

We’re based in Queensland, Australia and ship Australia wide.

At this stage we do not offer local pickup. All orders are sent with tracking for insurance and delivery security.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible Australian orders over $160.

What are your prices?

Pricing varies depending on the product, size, quantity and options selected. All prices are shown on our website.

Do you have any discount codes or promotions?

We occasionally run promotions, cart discounts and free shipping offers. Any current deals will appear automatically on our website when available.

What payment methods are available? Do you have Afterpay?

We accept a range of secure payment methods at checkout, including Afterpay where available.

Can you setup and style my party?

No, we specialise in personalised printed decorations and gifts that are shipped to you ready to use. We do not offer in-person party setup or styling services.

Can I personalise your products with my own wording?

Yes. Most of our products can be personalised with your own text, name, age, date or event wording directly in our online editor.

This includes birthday parties, baby showers, christenings, weddings, engagements, business events and more.

Does “personalised” only mean adding a photo?

No. Personalised can mean custom text, colours, names, ages, dates, wording, photos or layout changes depending on the product.

You do not need to include a photo unless the design calls for one or you want to add one.

Can you print more than one name or different versions in the same order?

Most products are designed for one version per order. If you need multiple names or different wording variations, these usually need to be placed as separate orders unless the listing specifically allows otherwise.

Can I request a new design, theme or product?

We do not offer a done-for-you custom design service, but we do offer several easy ways for you to create your own personalised design.

How do I create my own design?

We offer a few options depending on how hands-on you’d like to be:

  • Create Your Own – choose a background, upload your own image, add text and customise in our editor
  • AI Generated Designs – type a prompt and generate a unique design
  • Print on Demand – upload your own finished design from Canva, Etsy or another source

Can you print my Canva design or a design I purchased from Etsy?

Yes, as long as the design is copyright-free and you have the right to use it. You can upload finished files using our Print on Demand range.

Please make sure your file is clear and high resolution before uploading.

Can you print copyrighted characters, logos or branded artwork?

No. We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, sports teams, movie or TV artwork, or branded imagery under any circumstances.

This includes Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, Gabby’s Dollhouse, Stitch, Spider-Man, Paw Patrol, Winnie the Pooh, Pokémon, K-pop group images, and other licensed content.

Instead, we recommend creating a design inspired by the theme using colours, patterns and styling elements that give a similar feel without copying protected artwork.

What if I want something inspired by a copyrighted theme?

That’s absolutely fine. Many customers choose an inspired design instead.

For example, instead of a licensed character, you might use:

  • Theme colours
  • Patterns like polka dots, bows, spider webs or checkered flags
  • Objects or icons that match the vibe
  • Custom names, ages and wording

Our Create Your Own and AI design ranges are perfect for this.

Will my image print clearly?

We print images as they are uploaded, so image quality depends on the file you provide.

For best results, use a clear, high-resolution image rather than a blurry screenshot or compressed image.

If the image looks sharp on your screen, it should generally print nicely too.

Where can I find product measurements and sizing information?

How big are your banners and how do I hang them?

Banner sizes vary by product and are listed on the relevant product page or in our product information page.

Our banners are lightweight and easy to hang using removable hooks, blu tack, ribbon, string or tape depending on your setup.

Do you offer business or logo products?

Yes. We offer a range of branded products for business events, promotions and corporate gifting.

Please note apparel is fulfilled differently from most party decorations, so delivery timeframes may be longer.

Chocolate Labels & Product Compatibility

One of our most common topics. Here’s everything you need to know about our personalised chocolate labels.

Do your chocolate labels come with chocolate?

No, our chocolate products are labels only. Chocolates are not included.

You simply purchase the chocolates separately and apply our personalised labels over the top.

What size are your mini chocolate labels?

Our mini chocolate labels are approximately 10cm wide x 12cm high.

What chocolate bars do your labels fit?

Our mini chocolate labels are designed to fit a range of mini bars including Aldi Choceur mini bars, Cadbury Freddo, Furry Friends and other similar chocolates.

Do your labels wrap all the way around the chocolate?

Our labels are designed to wrap neatly around the chocolate bar, with the main design sitting nicely on the front. Coverage can vary slightly depending on the chocolate brand and wrapper size.

Do you make labels for wine, gift bottles, water bottles or mini bottles?

Yes. We offer a range of labels for wine, gift bottles and other party items.

Where can I buy the chocolates, lollipops, bottles or accessories shown in the photos?

Our product photos are designed to show how the finished item looks when used. Chocolates, lollipops, bottles and accessories are generally not included unless clearly stated in the product listing.

Orders, Emails, Refunds & Support

Need help with an order, confirmation email, delivery issue, or copyright cancellation? Start here.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation. Did my order go through?

If you placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

If you’re still unsure, contact us and we can confirm whether your order has been received and which email address was used at checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been printed, we may be able to help with changes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested update.

Once an order is in production or has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and a photo if relevant.

We will review the issue and work with you on the best solution as quickly as possible.

What if Australia Post says my parcel is delivered but I can’t find it?

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact Australia Post first to raise a case. Due to privacy restrictions, they may only provide delivery photos or location details to the receiver.

Once you have raised a case, send us the case number and we’ll happily follow up from our end too.

What happens if I order a copyrighted design?

If an order contains copyrighted or trademarked artwork that we are unable to print, the order will be cancelled.

You can then choose either:

  • A full-value gift voucher / store credit
  • A refund minus a 10% cancellation fee to cover payment processing costs
Do you offer refunds?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll assess the best solution. Refund eligibility depends on the situation and whether the item has already been personalised and produced.
