This Website (www.katiejdesignandevents.com.au) is operated by Katie J Design and Events ABN 13560627969 Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Katie J Design & Events.

By Visiting this Site and/or Placing an Order, you enter into a Binding Contract and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Orders

When you place an Order, you will be sent an ‘Order Confirmation’ via email detailing the Products that you have Ordered, and any specifications required for Printing. You will receive another email with the tracking details once your Order has shipped as well as any tracking notifications where available. Once an Order is Paid we will not be able to Cancel, Refund, or Accept a Return on the order. In the rare event a Refund is accepted a 10% Cancellation fee is charged. If we are unable to fulfil your order it will be Cancelled, and you will receive a Full Refund for your Order. We will contact you via email in the unlikely event that this occurs.

Payment

The Payment Methods that we accept are PayPal, Afterpay and Bank Deposit. Credit & Debit Card payments can be made by selecting PayPal at checkout. If you choose to make payment with Bank Deposit you will receive our Account details for transfer at checkout. Please use your Order Number and Name as Reference. Bank Deposit payments must be received within 7 Business days or your Order will be Cancelled. The only Payment Method Available for International Orders (UK, US, Canada & New Zealand) is PayPal.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website include GST for all Orders that are to be delivered within Australia. If you require a Tax Invoice, please send me an email at katiejdesignandevents@gmail.com and I will email you a copy within 24 hours.

Prices shown on the Website are Correct and Current at the time of Visiting this Site and/or Placing an Order. We reserve the right to adjust prices where necessary on the website in line with any Price increases we may have incurred or Errors displayed. Any Specials or Deals advertised are only available at the time of Visiting this Site and/or Placing an Order and may not be available on subsequent visits/orders.

Product Descriptions & Photos

Please use the Photos displayed on the Website as a Guide Only. Detailed Product Descriptions are available on the website which include size and printing specifications, see here: https://www.katiejdesignandevents.com.au/pages/product-information

All monitors and screens display colour differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we are unable to accept returns for this reason.

Printing & Customisation

Customisation is ONLY for the Particulars Pictured in the Design. It is Not for your Own Personal Message or Custom Text. This will ensure that the text fits nicely in the space provided and will be legible when printed. Please enter your Customisation details in the space provided when placing an order. We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors (typos) entered in the Customisation field. If an Error has been made on my behalf, I will Organise to have your Order replaced as a Priority. A Photo is usually requested to support a Claim.

Photo Customisation

We take no responsibility for images that are uploaded using the Photo Upload tool. Please ensure that you have permission to use an image before it is uploaded. This includes both the Personal Rights of any Identifiable Individuals that are pictured and the use of Copyright & Intellectual property. By Using this Upload tool, you are verifying that you have permission to use any images uploaded and are responsible for any legalities that may arise from doing so.

We have the right to refuse printing of abusive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate images. Your Order will not be accepted and will be Cancelled and Refunded if your image is deemed inappropriate.

Shipping

Please allow 4 Business days for your Order to be Print & Cut before Shipping. All Items are Professionally Handmade & Created once an Order has been Placed. Registered Post can take up to 7 Business days to Arrive and Express Post up to 3 Business Days to Arrive once shipped. Please allow up to 3 weeks for International Orders to arrive once shipped.

All Orders are supplied with Tracking numbers once Shipped. Please Login to your Account or check your Shipping Confirmation Email for your Tracking number.

Please contact Australia Post immediately if your Parcel has not arrived as per the Tracking information supplied. We will not cover the loss of Parcels through Australia Post, but you may be entitled to a refund from Australia Post in the unlikely event an order goes missing.

We will not cover the loss of a parcel where the customer has input the wrong address; it has been deemed safe by Australia Post to be left on premises or if it has been signed for by unknown parties. This includes if an order is Returned to Sender 'Address Unknown'. If an Order needs to be re-sent after being 'Returned to Sender' the customer must pay full RRP of the Postage costs for this item. If an Order needs to be replaced, the Buyer will need to pay all costs to re-order and post.

While all care is taken in the packaging and shipment of items, Katie J Design and Events takes no responsibility for items Lost or Damaged by Australia Post.

International Orders

International Shipping is Available to the US, UK, Canada and New Zealand ONLY.

A Currency Converter is installed on the Website and Commercial IP detection is used to quickly identify your location and automatically convert prices to your appropriate local currency. The Converter is constantly updated to provide you with current exchange rate data.

Import duties, Taxes, and Charges aren’t included in the Item Price or Postage cost. These charges are the Buyer’s Responsibility. Please check with your Country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Please allow 3 weeks for International Orders to Arrive. An Email will be sent to you with your Tracking details once your Order has been Shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We DO NOT ACCEPT Returns or Exchanges Due to Change of Mind or Party Theme.

Our Products are Custom made and we are unable to Accept an Item for Return as they cannot be re-sold or re-used. If you have any Questions or are Unsure about an Item, please ask before Purchasing. If an Error has been made on my behalf, I will Organise to have your Order replaced as a Priority. A Photo is usually requested to support a Claim.

Any Refunds that are processed will be deposited back to your selected payment source. This is the Payment method that was used at the time of Purchase and may be PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Deposit or Afterpay depending on how you made payment. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after an agreement to Refund has been decided. It may take longer for payment to reach your payment source.

All Requests for Returns or Exchange must be done so within 7 Business days of your Order being delivered.
