The personalised XL banner can be customised with the customer’s own wording, age and name. Customers can choose between two font styles in the editor, including a bold font and a cursive font.

How Customisation Works
- The retailer places the order on behalf of their customer.
- The customer’s name and email address are entered at the time of ordering.
- The customer will receive a customisation link via email within 24 business hours.
- The customer personalises their banner online using the custom editor.
- Once the design is completed, the order is printed, packed and shipped via Express Post.
Please double-check the customer email address before placing the order, as this is where the customisation link will be sent.
Simple Setup Guide
To hang the package as pictured, you will need 2 sturdy hooks or hanging points approximately 1.6m to 1.7m apart.
- Inflate the balloons and insert them into the balloon tape holes.
- Attach the hanging chains to the banner eyelets.
- Remove the backing strip from the foil fringe curtains and attach the curtains to the back of the banner.
- Hang the banner from the 2 hook or anchor points using the hanging chains.
- Hang the balloon tape above the banner using the same hook or anchor points.
- Any foil curtain overhang can be tucked or lightly attached behind the balloon row to keep the setup looking neat.
For best results, we recommend using secure hooks or hanging points. If using removable adhesive hooks, please follow the hook manufacturer’s instructions and allow enough time for the adhesive to bond before hanging the package.
