We can assess your supplied file, resize it for your selected Katie J Design and Events product and complete basic preparation so it is suitable for our printing process.
Please note: This listing covers artwork preparation only. Your banner, poster, labels or other printed product must be purchased separately.
What’s included for $39
- Assessment of one supplied artwork file
- Preparation for one finished print size or format
- Up to approximately 15–20 minutes of artwork time
- Basic resizing, cropping or positioning
- Resolution and image-quality assessment
- Resolution enhancement or upscaling where suitable
- Basic bleed or print-area preparation where required
- One round of minor corrections
- Final artwork prepared for printing by Katie J Design and Events
This service is ideal for
- Artwork purchased from Etsy or another designer
- Canva designs that need to fit one of our products
- AI-generated images that need to be assessed and prepared for printing
- Customer-created artwork that is the wrong size
- Files that need simple cropping, positioning or resolution improvement
What isn’t included
- Creating a new design or party theme from a brief
- Rebuilding or substantially changing an existing design
- Redrawing or vectorising complex logos or graphics
- Extensive photo retouching
- Multiple files, sizes or print formats
- Editable working files or files for printing elsewhere
If your file needs more than the included preparation time, we will review it and provide a quote before completing additional work.
Before ordering
- Please use the highest-quality version of your artwork.
- You must have permission to use and reproduce all supplied images, logos and design elements.
Your artwork stays in your control
Routine resizing, cropping and print preparation do not require generative AI. If a proposed enhancement involves sending your artwork or images to an AI service, Katie will explain the process and obtain your permission first. Supplied logos and brand artwork are not uploaded to ChatGPT simply to resize them.
