Yes. The Party Checklist & Run Sheet Generator is a free online party planning tool from Katie J Design & Events.
An event run sheet is a simple timeline or schedule showing the order of important jobs, activities and moments during an event. It can be particularly useful when several people are helping with setup, food, entertainment or other parts of the celebration.
A party checklist focuses mainly on what needs to be organised or completed. A run sheet focuses on when important things should happen during the event. Using both can make the lead-up and the event day easier to manage.
You can use it for birthdays, first birthdays, baby showers, weddings, engagements, anniversaries, BBQs, family celebrations, school events, community events, corporate events and many other occasions.
Yes. You can tell the planner how organised you already are, including if you are planning at the last minute or only need help with a day-of run sheet.
The generator is designed as a practical planning aid rather than a substitute for professional advice. Always adjust your plan for your venue, suppliers, guests, weather, safety requirements and the specific needs of your event.
