By entering this competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • United States of America

Entrants must be 18 years or older, or a parent or guardian may enter on behalf of a minor.

2. How to Enter

  1. Visit our official Facebook competition post:
    FB Post Link: [INSERT FACEBOOK POST URL]
    FB Post ID: [INSERT FACEBOOK POST ID]
  2. Create your banner using our AI Party Banner Generator at:
    https://www.katiejdesignandevents.com.au/products/ai-banners
  3. Take a screenshot of your banner preview.
  4. Comment on the Facebook competition post with your screenshot.
  5. Encourage friends and family to like your comment. The comments with the most likes win.

Note: Any entry suspected of using purchased or artificially generated likes may be disqualified.

3. Competition Period

Start: Sunday 23rd November 2025 at 2:00pm AEST
End: Monday 1st December 2025 at 10:00am AEST

All timings use AEST regardless of entrant location.

4. Prizes

Total Prize Pool: $200 AUD in Katie J Design and Events online gift vouchers

Prize Breakdown:

  • 1 x $100 voucher
  • 1 x $50 voucher
  • 2 x $25 vouchers

Prizes are issued digitally as online voucher codes.

Voucher Details:

  • Vouchers are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Vouchers can be used on any product on our website
  • Vouchers may be applied to product and shipping if the voucher value permits
  • For international winners, any remaining shipping cost after the voucher is applied must be covered by the customer
  • Voucher must be used in one transaction
  • No cash alternative is offered

5. Winner Selection

Winners are determined based on the highest number of likes on their Facebook comment at the exact closing time.

Like count is verified via screenshot at 10:00am AEST on Monday 1st December 2025.

If two or more entries are tied, Katie J Design and Events will choose a winner based on creativity.

Winners will be:

  • Announced in the comments of the competition post
  • Contacted via Facebook Messenger
  • Issued their voucher code electronically

6. Entry Conditions

By entering, you agree that:

  • Your submitted image may be reshared or used for promotional purposes by Katie J Design and Events
  • Your image must be created using the Katie J Design and Events AI Banner Tool
  • You may only submit one entry
  • Likes on replies to comments do not count toward the total
  • Inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated entries may be removed without notice
  • No purchase is required to enter

7. Prize Terms

  • Prizes are not transferable
  • No substitutions or cash alternatives will be offered
  • Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue

8. Limitation of Liability

Katie J Design and Events is not responsible for:

  • Late, lost, or misdirected entries
  • Technical issues with Facebook, the internet, or devices used to enter
  • Changes to Facebook functionality that affect entry or like counting
  • Errors in like count caused by platform glitches

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
