I didn’t receive my parcel at all . And no body cared when I called and informed them that I didn’t get my parcel .

Our notes say that you were advised yesterday to contact Australia Post to report the incident and raise an investigation. Once you have a case number you will need to email this through to us so that we can speak with them in regards to the matter.
