My Party Range is both WATER-PROOF and FADE-PROOF for 3 years featuring a High Quality Professional Print - up to 1440DPI.
All Products are PROFESSIONALLY HANDMADE & Created Once an Order has been Placed. Items come flat packed and some minor assembly may be required to keep Postage costs low. Consumable Items like Water Bottles, Tic Tacs and Chocolate Bars are Not Included.

Personalisation Info
Personalisation is ONLY for the Particulars Pictured in the Design. It is Not for your Own Personal Message/Custom Text. This will ensure that the text fits nicely in the space provided and will be legible when printed. Please enter your Customisation details in the space provided when placing an order.
Please note that not all items are Personalised for example, the Cup Stickers & 3.5cm Round Stickers. View the Pictures in the design for more information on what is printed.
Refunds & Returns
All Products Created at Katie J Design & Events are Professionally Handmade. If an Error has been made on my behalf, Please Send me a Message and I will Organise to have your Order replaced as a Priority.
I DO NOT ACCEPT Returns or Exchanges Due to Change of Mind or Party Theme. All Products are Custom made and I am unable to Accept an Item for Return as they cannot be re-sold or re-used.

International Shipping
International Shipping can be organised to the US, UK, Canada and New Zealand.
International Shipping rates vary from $20AUD - $65AUD depending on the products you would like.
Please Contact Us with the products that you would like to receive, for an accurate quote for postage. Payment for International Orders will be processed through PayPal.
Import duties, Taxes, and Charges aren’t included in the Item Price or Postage cost. These charges are the Buyer’s Responsibility. Please check with your Country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Please allow 3 weeks for International Orders to Arrive. An Email will be sent to you with your Tracking details once your Order has been Shipped.
