How to plan your party setup

Arrange your tables and colours. Add furniture for reference, try round or rectangular tables and compare tablecloth, balloon and foil curtain colours.

Party Space Planner questions

Is the party planner free?

Yes. You can use the planner without paying or placing an order.

Is the layout to scale?

No. This is a visual styling guide. Items can be freely resized, so measure your space and furniture and check the actual product dimensions before ordering. The planner does not check clearances or seating capacity.

Can I change balloon and tablecloth colours?

Yes. Choose from the available colours, try alternating balloon colours in arrangements and add coloured covers to round or rectangular tables. Screen colours are approximate and may differ from the actual products.

Does the shopping list calculate balloon quantities?

It provides estimates for the selected balloon arrangements and pack quantities. Actual needs depend on inflation size, spacing and the finished arrangement. Confirm quantities and arrange any stands, weights, tape or ties you need separately.

Does the planner personalise my printed decorations?

The board shows sample artwork. Open the product page to personalise your names, ages, wording and photos in the product editor before adding the item to your cart.

Are furniture and cakes available to buy here?

Furniture and cakes are styling references. The shopping checklist links to the available decorations and supplies; props do not become products in your cart.

Can I save my party plan?

Yes. Save it in this browser on your device or download an editable plan as a backup. You can also download a mock-up and shopping checklist. Clearing browser storage can remove locally saved plans.
