Product Information

Are your Products Water-proof?

Yes, all of my Products & Wine Labels are Waterproof, except for the Paper Lanterns.

Do I Need to Remove the Existing Label off my Bottle of Wine or Beer?

My Labels can be stuck on top of the Existing Label on your Wine or Beer Bottle. They do look nicer if the Original Label is smaller than my Labels. 
My Wine Labels are 14cm (h) x 10cm (w). My Beer/Pre-Mix Labels are 9cm (h) x 8cm (w).

Is the Party Wall Display a Poster? Is it Adhesive? What is it Made From?

No, the Party Wall Displays come as Individually Cut Pieces ready for hanging with blu-tak or double sided tape depending on your surface. - this is not included.

You will Receive all of the Block Letter Pieces, Character Decals and also the Curling Ribbon.

Wall Displays are printed on Polypropylene, a Durable Synthetic Film (Plastic) which is similar in texture to Photo Paper and both WATER-PROOF & FADE-PROOF for 3 years.

What Size is the Party Wall Display?

Each Letter piece of the Wall Display is approx. 13.5cm x 10cm. The Displays as I hang them in the Photos are approx. 1.3m x 1.5m. This all depends on how close together you hang them. I've seen Customers hang the Displays length-ways along gutters and patios too and they've also looked quite nice.

What is a Pennant Banner?

Pennant Banners are the Triangle/Flag style Banners pictured.

How Big are the Pennant Banners?

They are approx. 2.5m in length including Ribbon; Flag length is approx. 1.75m. There are 12 x Flags in each Banner measuring approx. 19cm in Height & 14cm wide.

Do you sell your Products in Bulk?

If you would like a Quote for a Large Order or Quantity of Items that is not listed in my Store please send me a message and I will work out my Best Price. All of my Products are Handmade so this is not always possible with some products but I will do my best. Some products also have minimum amounts or Quantities that they are sold in.

I would like to Order a Pack but would like to Swap an Item - Is this Possible?

In most cases I can exchange Items of Equal or lesser value. Please send me a message to confirm before placing an Order. 

Product Personalisation

How Do I Tell You What I Would Like Printed On My Order?

Any Details relating to your Order can be sent through to me in the Special Instructions Box. This Box appears on the First Screen in Checkout once you have Added your Items to Cart. If you have forgot to Enter these Details at Checkout please send me a Message along with your Order Number.

I would like a 6 Pack of Labels but would like Different Photos on Each One?

Unfortunately a 6 Pack of Labels is for Re-Prints of the Same Label. They all need to have the Same Design,Photo and Personalisation. There is quite a bit of work in Editing the Labels so if you need a Different Photo for Each label they would need to be ordered individually. 

Are All of the Products Personalised?

Most of my Products are Personalised in some way. Please check the Product Image to see if the Product is Personalised. In the Party Range Cup Stickers & Paper Lanterns do not include any Personalised details.

Can I Change the Personalised Message on the Wine Bottle Labels?

Products are Personalised in the same way they appear in the Product Image. You are unable to Create Your Own Message. If you would like a Product printed for another occasion please send me a message to see if this is possible.

Can I have a Party Design Personalised for a Different Occasion?

In most cases Party Designs can be adapted for a Different Occasion. For example, a Birthday design could be Personalised for a Baby Shower. Depending on how much editing it is required a Small fee may be charged. Please send me a Message with the changes you would like made before placing an Order to ensure that this can be done.

Can I have my Decorations printed for a Joint Birthday Party - with 2 Names?

Of Course. The Party Wall Display is for Names up to 10 x Characters in Length. If you are having a Joint Party and require more than 10 Letters printed this can be done for a Small Fee of $7. For Other Products like Party Bags & Drink Labels there is No Extra Charges. It does look better on these products if they are printed without the Age though ie Donte & Isla's Birthday

How do I Upload a Photo and What will it Look Like?

All of the Products that are Available with a Photo can be Uploaded in that Product Screen. Click 'Upload' and Select your Image. Edit your Photo using the Menu Bar Icons and the Crop Circle as a Guide. When you are happy with your Photo select the Green Crop Icon from the Menu Bar. You will now be able to Preview your Cropped Image if you are happy with this Image Click 'Submit'. If you would like to change your Photo click the Red X and start the Upload Process Again.

Photos are Printed as they are received. They are Not Edited or Photo shopped in any way by me after they are received. If you would like to edit your image, please do so before you upload it. If your Photo is of Poor Quality/Lighting, then it will also print this way.

I am having Trouble Uploading My Photo - What Can I Do?

The Photo Upload tool can appear differently on different devices. If you cannot view the Crop Bar Menu on your Device (Mobile Phone/Tablet) than you could try turning the Device Horizontally/on its side. You can also use the Pinch technique with your Fingers to zoom in and out on the Photo tool, make sure your fingers are not touching the Photo when doing this and that they are on either side of the Circle Crop Window. 

If you encounter any other problems using the Photo Upload tool please send me a message detailing where you are having problems and I will try to step you through the process and resolve the problem.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

There are several Payment Methods available at Katie J Design & Events. Payments accepted include Paypal, Bank Deposit, VISA, Mastecard, AMEX, Apple Pay & Afterpay.

Do you have Afterpay?

Afterpay is Available at Katie J Design & Events so that you can Buy your Party Decorations Now and Split the Cost over 4 Fortnightly Interest Free Payments. How do I use Afterpay?

To Place an Order for Personalised Party Decorations, Wine Labels or Gifts using Afterpay just select 'Afterpay' as your payment method at checkout. You will be prompted for any more information required. For more information go to: https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/index

Can I Pay by Credit Card?

Yes, most Definitely. When you have added your Order to your Cart, go to the Shopping Cart screen and Select 'Pay with Paypal'. On the next Screen will be Paypal Login, select 'Pay with Credit or Debit Card' - this is the Grey Button at the bottom.

Can I Pay by Bank Deposit or Wire Transfer?

Yes, customers within Australia are Welcome to Pay by Bank Deposit. Please select this option at Checkout.

Do you have Layby? Can I make payment in Installments?

Yes, this can be organised for Large Orders. Full Payment of your Order is required before your Order can be shipped. Any Payments made are Non-refundable but if you do change your mind about your Order it will remain as a Credit on your Account for up to 12 months. 


Where Are You Located?

I am Located in Queensland, Australia.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Please Allow up to 4 Business Days for your Order to be Print & Cut before Shipping. 

Registered Post within Australia can take up to 7 Business Days to Arrive. 

Express Post within Australia can take up to 2-3 Business Days to Arrive depending on your Location.
Rural/Remote Areas of Australia can sometimes experience Longer Shipping Times than Quoted above. 

A Tracking Number for your Order will be sent to you via Email once your Order has been Shipped.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

Unfortunately I am unable to Allow Orders to be Picked Up from me Directly for Insurance Purposes. All Orders need to be placed Online and Delivered via Australia Post.

Do You Have a Physical Store Which I Can Visit?

Unfortunately I don't. This is an Online Business which I Operate from my Home Office. All of my Orders are Custom Made as Orders are Received so I am unable to Display Stock for Purchasing or Viewing purposes.

I haven't Received my Item - What Can I Do?

Please Check the Tracking Details for your Order which will tell you if your Order is still in Transit, is awaiting Collection at the Post Office or has been Delivered. If your Order Tracking is marked as Delivered and you have not Received your Order please contact Australia Post immediately quoting your Tracking details or Send me a Message and I will try to Investigate on your behalf.

Please ensure that you have allowed enough time for Delivery. Registered Post withing Australia can take up to 7 Business Days to Arrive. International Orders can take up to 3 weeks for Delivery.

I currently Ship to the US, UK, Canada & New Zealand.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Please Allow up to 4 Business Days for your Order to be Print & Cut before Shipping. 

Please Allow 3 Weeks for your Order to Arrive once it has been Shipped. Public Holidays & Peak 

A Tracking Number for your Order will be sent to you via Email once your Order has been Shipped.

How Much Does International Shipping Cost?

International Shipping is Charged at a Flat Rate Per Order.

For Shipping to New Zealand it is $30AUD.

For Shipping to the US, UK and Canada it is $40AUD.

Do I Need to Pay for Import Duties & Taxes?

Import Duties, Taxes & Charges aren't included in the Item Price or Postage Cost. These Charges are the Buyer's Responsibility. Please Check with your Country's Customs Office to Determine what these Additional Cost may be.


What is your Refund Policy?

I DO NOT ACCEPT Returns or Exchanges due to Change of Mind. All Sales Are Final. As my Products are custom made, I am unable to accept the item for return. If you have any Questions or are Unsure about an Item please ask before Purchasing. If there was an Error on my behalf, please send me a message and I will organise to have your Order replaced as a priority.

My Order Is Incorrect - What Can I do?

If you have received an Order that is Incorrect either with what has been received, if something is missing or if a Name has been misspelled. Please Contact Me and I will Check the Print & Order Records for your Items. If there was an Error on my Behalf, I will have your Order replaced as a Priority.
